I live in New Zealand’s South Island with my husband, daughter and cat. I work full time and quilting is my escape. I first quilted 13 years ago when I did everything by hand. After a 10 year break I got back into quilting when I bought a new sewing machine. There has been no stopping me since!
I am probably more “modern quilter” than any other style, although I love traditional patchwork and country styles too, especially French General. I still enjoy handwork and find English paper piecing quite therapeutic.

I can not tell you how much I appreciate all the great information you have provided on your blog for Gypsy Wife. I just may be brave enough to attempt this quilt…….or something like it! 🙂
